- Dreaming of a unique design? We've got you covered! Choose from our existing designs or give us a theme. If you want to send images stencil-style images are perfect for customization, ensuring every part of your design is connected.
You will receive digital renders of each panel for approval before any work takes place on your firepit.
2. Payment Options:
- For online purchases, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- If your order is placed via our contact form, we also welcome email transfers.
- Start your order in two ways:
- Online Purchase: Make a payment, and we'll contact you for design specifics.
- Contact Form: Discuss your design first, receive a render, and then choose to pay a 50% deposit via Email transfer or full payment via credit card on our store.
3. Production Time:
- Typically varies from 1-3 weeks. For a precise timeline, it's best to get in touch with us.
4. Delivery & Pickup:
- Free Pickup: Available at our Bragg Creek location.
- Delivery: Flat fee of $60 for delivery to Calgary.
5. Modifications & Changes:
- Need to tweak your design? No problem! Just ensure you notify us before the steel-cutting process begins.
6. Our Guarantee:
- Rest easy knowing our products are guaranteed against weld defects. Should any welding issues arise, we commit to rectifying it promptly.
